What to See

Main Hall — The temple complex features multiple halls with intricate carvings and Buddhist artwork. The main hall houses a large Buddha statue and is surrounded by smaller shrines.

Vegetarian Restaurant — Located within the temple grounds, this vegetarian restaurant serves excellent meat-free dishes at very reasonable prices. Try the "Buddha's Delight" (罗汉菜, luóhàn cài).

Wulao Peak (五老峰, Wǔlǎo Fēng) — Behind the temple, a hiking trail leads to Wulao Peak (200m) for panoramic views of Xiamen city and the university. The trail takes about 30-45 minutes to climb.
