Tiger Roar Peak (虎啸岩) offers one of the best panoramic views in Wuyishan. The steep climb rewards with views of the entire karst landscape. The peak gets its name from the sound of wind rushing through a narrow cave.
¥105 ($15) scenic area ticket. Allow 2-3 hours for the climb and descent.
Bus 3 from Wuyishan town.
Practical tips
- The One-Line-Sky (一线天) trail nearby is also worth doing. Start early to avoid heat.
